These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website and services.

Services.

 

WePlaySport provides sports coaching services for children predominantly aged between 3 to 14. Our programs are designed to provide children with a sports focussed session that is both  fun and engaging.

Fees.


The fees for our coaching services are clearly stated on our website. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to pay the specified fees. WePlaySport reserves the right to modify our pricing structure at any time. In the event of a fee adjustment, we will provide prior notice to ensure transparency.

 

Refund Policy

School Programs

  • If a client withdraws from a program before it begins, they will receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee.

  • If a client withdraws within 24 hours of the first session, a fee equivalent to the cost of one session plus a $30 administration fee will be deducted, with the remaining balance refunded.

  • If a client withdraws from the program after attending a full session, no refund can be provided. In exceptional circumstances, WePlaySport may consider refund requests. Clients are encouraged to contact their area manager directly to discuss their situation.

  • Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions due to illness, holidays, or other personal commitments.

 

Holiday Clinics

  • If a client withdraws from a holiday clinic before it begins, they will receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee.

  • In exceptional circumstances, WePlaySport may consider refund requests. Clients should contact their area manager directly to discuss their situation.

Code of Conduct

  • WePlaySport is committed to fostering a culture of integrity, respect, and sportsmanship. All participants, including coaches, children, and parents, are expected to uphold these values and behave in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of services.

Liability

  • WePlaySport is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during our coaching sessions. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with sports activities.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the WePlaySport website, including text, images, and videos, is the exclusive property of WePlaySport and is protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Australian Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • WePlaySport reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Any modifications will be communicated by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website.
